Regarding the Drive Safe & Save beacon, we did review the situation and confirmed that the device was processed and marked as delivered by the carrier. However, I understand that technology issues and delivery confusion can still happen, and I’m sorry the experience felt unclear. Your premium adjustment was not related to your credit — which we do not have access to — but rather the system recalculating your rate while the program remained inactive.
