Meet Cody Bangert — Your Local State Farm Agent in Union & Hermann, Missouri

Hi, I’m Cody Bangert, a State Farm Insurance Agent, husband, new dad, and local business owner proudly serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout Union, Hermann, Washington, Pacific, Franklin County, Gasconade County, and communities across Missouri and Illinois.

I began my State Farm career in 2010 and opened my own agency in 2015 with one goal: to build the kind of insurance agency I would want taking care of my own family.

Today, our team serves customers from two Missouri locations in Union and Hermann, helping with Auto Insurance, Homeowners Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and more.

But what I’m most proud of isn’t the number of policies we’ve written. It’s the relationships we’ve built and the opportunity we have to help people protect what matters most to them.

Experience & Local Service

I graduated from the University of Missouri–St. Louis with a degree in Finance and began my State Farm career in 2010. In February 2015, I had the opportunity to open my own State Farm agency.

Since then, our agency has grown to serve customers from two locations while staying focused on personal relationships, great service, clear communication, and taking care of people the right way.

I’m also proud to be a nine-time State Farm Ambassador Club qualifier and a small business owner who understands firsthand the work that goes into building something you’re proud of.

Husband, Dad & Local Business Owner

The most important part of my life is my family.

My wife, Whitney, has been beside me throughout this journey, and we recently welcomed our daughter into our family. Along with our dogs, Finn and Hattie, our family keeps life full and gives me plenty to be grateful for outside of the office.

Becoming a dad has given me an even greater appreciation for the conversations we have with families every day. Insurance is about helping protect your home, your vehicles, your income, your business, and the people and things that matter most to you.

When I’m not at the agency, I enjoy spending time with Whitney, our daughter, Finn and Hattie, traveling, being outdoors, and fly fishing.

This isn’t simply where I do business. This is home, and these are the communities our team is proud to serve.
